yumでその場限りのproxy設定をする

/etc/yum.confに記述するならば

proxy=http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3128

な感じですが、一発だけproxy設定したい場合は

$ yum --setopt=proxy=http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3128 info ntp
